Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mintara ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Mintara is a personal expense tracking application that automatically parses bank SMS messages and notifications to extract structured expense data. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account credentials.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- You understand that Mintara reads SMS notifications and that you must grant the necessary permissions for the App to function.
Data Accuracy
While Mintara uses advanced parsing techniques, it may occasionally misread or misclassify transactions. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your expense data. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on App data.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within Mintara are the property of Mintara and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintara and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app alerts or email.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
